Personal Assistance

At Pleasantview Care Center, we realize that each resident is an individual with unique needs and preferences. To meet these needs, we meet with each resident and their family to conduct an assessment of the types of personal assistance they will need. These needs commonly include:

• Personal hygiene and grooming
• Dressing and clothes selection
• Medication management
• Continence management
• Showering and bathing
• Socializing with others and participating in activities At Pleasantview, we make sure everyone is able to participate in our many activities- and we make sure they'll have a great hat to wear as well!
• Help walking or otherwise getting around
• Help transferring from bed, wheelchair, walker, chair, etc.
• Safety monitoring
